Trackback PingsTrackBack URL for this entry: CommentsYou can make your own yogurt. It tastes 1000 times better than store-bought, and is easy and as fat-and-sugar-free (or -laden) as you choose. Boil milk - skim, whole, or 2%, depending on what you want...I use organic whole - in a cast-iron or (preferably) ceramic pot. Once it boils, let it cool to room temperature. Pre-heat your oven to 100 degrees F. Add one teaspoon of yogurt (again, I use organic, unflavored, whole milk kind with acidophilus but it doesn't really matter). Put in pre-heated oven, turn off the oven. Leave over night, and awake in the morning to home-made yogurt goodness! Also in the morning, flavor it as you like.
